Job summary

Page Personnel in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join on a fixed-term contract through September 2027. The role supports the transfer of a school within a hybrid working environment and offers a salary of up to £60,000.

You will lead all ER activity related to the academy transfer, provide expert advice on TUPE and employment law, manage complex casework and consultations, and build strong relations with unions and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant employee relations experience.
• Proven TUPE transfer leadership.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience in Education/Academy sector.
