A leading company is seeking an HR Advisor / Junior HR BP to provide efficient HR services and support. This role involves managing employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and strong systems skills, particularly in Excel. Flexible working options are available.
Your new company
The HR Advisor / Junior HR BP will partner with stakeholders and the business by ensuring an efficient HR service with smooth HR processes and accurate payroll administration. You'll be the backbone of HR operations, handling everything from first point of contact, leading on ER casework, as well as HR administration, maintaining employee records and payroll administration to ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. By working closely with HR, Finance, and employees, you contribute to a well-organised, efficient, and employee focused workplace.

Previous HR generalist HR experience.
Proven ER casework.
Strong systems experience, especially Excel.
Car driver.
