As part of our UK HR team, you will provide a generalist HR service across designated divisions. The Junior HR Advisor will support various HR functions, including visas and immigration, employee transfers, disturbance allowances, medical declarations, maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, flexible working escalations, exit interviews, absence and payroll reports, career breaks, and remote working support.

Key role requirements
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on policies and processes, recommending suitable solutions.
  • Support casework related to sickness absence, occupational health referrals, and PHI applications.
  • Manage medical declarations confidentially and in compliance with policies.
  • Handle discretionary pay, leave, disturbance allowances, and career break requests.
  • Manage family-friendly leave and flexible working escalations.
  • Coordinate global and local employee transfers, visas, and right-to-work processes.
  • Assist with HR calendar activities such as reward processes, talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement, and EDI initiatives.
  • Produce reports, conduct data analysis, create visual presentations, and support payroll activities and management queries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to provide meaningful feedback to management.
