Job summary

Trusted Technology Partnership in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking an HR Advisor / Generalist to join a small, busy team. You will work with the HR Manager across employment relations, recruitment, training, absence management, and policies, ensuring compliance and practical solutions.

With at least two years of HR experience and CIPD Level 5, you will handle casework, support managers, and maintain confidentiality. We offer hybrid working, a profit share, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years HR experience in a similar role with proven experience managing case work.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of HR including employment relations casework.
• Assists with recruitment and onboarding.
• Supports and guides managers; training and absence management.
• Handles contractual changes and policy updates.
