Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a HR Advisor to join our HR team in Worthing on a hybrid basis. You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence management, performance, and policy interpretation, partnering with managers to deliver practical people solutions.

You will support line managers on sickness absence, performance issues, and changes to terms, while helping implement HR projects and maintain records for quality assurance. CIPD Level 5 is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
• Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law and employee relations best practice.
• Experience of managing employee relations casework (investigations, grievances, hearings, changes to terms).
• CIPD Level 5 qualification desirable (or working towards).
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support on a range of people matters, including employee relations, absence management, performance and policy guidance.
• Partner with managers to deliver effective people solutions and a great employee experience.
• Support line managers to manage sickness absence, performance and changes to terms and conditions.
• Coordinate HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
