Job summary

Cathedral Appointments | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Exeter HR team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers hybrid working with office attendance 3 to 4 days per week, supporting managers and colleagues with practical, commercially minded HR advice across employee relations, absence management and HR policies.

You will contribute to recruitment, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience, CIPD Level 5, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an HR Advisor or generalist role with strong employee relations
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Hybrid working with 3–4 days in the Exeter office
• Experience in professional services, ideally the legal sector, is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and employees across employee relations and people matters
• Support employee relations cases, absence management, HR policies, procedures and compliance
• Manage workload professionally, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Support recruitment, wellbeing and engagement initiatives
