Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is partnering with a large, values-led national organisation to appoint an HR Advisor to join their People team on a hybrid basis. You will manage employee relations cases and coach managers to achieve compliant outcomes.

In this role you’ll lead TUPE projects, support restructures, analyse trends and contribute to wellbeing and culture initiatives. Strong ER knowledge and UK employment law experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance issues.
• Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
• Supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.
• Analysing people trends and helping drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and culture-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Previous HR/People Advisor experience with strong ER expertise.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change programmes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.
