Job summary

NFP People in Cheltenham is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to join a small, supportive HR team. The role focuses on employee relations, attendance and performance management, reporting to the Head of HR. Hybrid working in Cheltenham, 30 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will work closely with managers and staff, ensuring fair application of policies, compliance with UK employment law and effective HR support across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 HR qualification, or working towards CIPD qualification.
• Member of CIPD.
• Evidence of relevant CPD.
• Experience as an HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience providing generalist HR advice and employee relations support.
• Experience with disciplinary, grievance, attendance, capability and performance processes.
• Experience using HR information systems and MS 365.

• Assist Recruitment and lifecycle management.
