Job summary

Not For Profit People in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a small, supportive team. The role is part-time (30 hours/week) and hybrid, reporting to the Head of HR.

The salary is £33,501/year pro rata (£26,801 actual), with a permanent contract and benefits including 25 days leave plus bank holidays, pension, and more. The role focuses on employee relations, attendance and performance management, working with managers and staff to apply policies fairly and in line with UK

• Experience of using HR information systems and Microsoft 365.

HR Advisor Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys providing practical advice, building trusted relationships and helping managers navigate complex people matters?

We are looking for a proactive and people-centred HR Advisor to join a small and supportive HR team in Cheltenham reporting into the Head of HR. Position: HR Advisor Location: Cheltenham/Hybrid Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week Salary: £33,501 per annum pro rata (£26,801 actual) Contract: Permanent Benefits include: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, rising by up to 5 extra days with service, wellbeing days, retailer discounts and rewards, company pension and sick pay, life assurance, onsite sports facilities and a supportive, passionate and high-performing team environment.

This is a varied generalist role with a particular focus on employee relations, attendance and performance management.

You will work closely with managers and employees across the organisation, providing professional and customer-focused HR advice while helping to ensure our policies and processes are applied fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and good practice.

You will have:

A minimum Level 4 HR qualification, or be working towards a relevant CIPD qualification.
