Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Carrickmacross. This role involves providing expert HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will advise managers on employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist position.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation.

Responsibilities
