Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations function during a busy growth period. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and provide expert ER guidance across sites, travelling as needed with a full UK driving licence.

Key requirements include strong ER experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to deliver pragmatic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. CIPD progress is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience with end-to-end case management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused HR advice; able to partner with managers.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations function on a 12 month FTC during a busy and exciting period of growth and change. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites may be required. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Employee Relations (ER), providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters while partnering with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential
