Culina Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support HR Operations on a 12-month FTC. A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel between sites.

The role focuses on Employee Relations, delivering expert advice while partnering with managers to implement pragmatic HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have UK employment law knowledge, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, data-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience with end-to-end case management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and trust.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach. Proficient IT skills including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations function on a 12 month FTC during a busy and exciting period of growth and change.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites may be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Employee Relations (ER), providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters while partnering with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
