Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this position. This role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle with emphasis on Employee Relations, in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
