Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support HR Operations on a 12-month FTC during a period of growth and change. This role will manage the full employee lifecycle and provide expert Employee Relations guidance to managers across sites.

A full UK driving licence is essential as regular travel between sites is required. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong organisational and data-driven decision-making skills; CIPD-qualified or working

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, end-to-end case management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations on a 12-month FTC during a busy growth period.
• Travel between sites as required (driving licence essential).
• Manage the full employee lifecycle end-to-end.
• Provide expert Employee Relations advice to managers.
• Partner with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
