Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support HR Operations during a busy period. The role is based at Milton Keynes or Bristol and requires regular travel between sites with a full UK driving licence.

You will specialise in Employee Relations, providing pragmatic HR guidance, managing cases end-to-end, and ensuring compliant advice across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with end-to-end case management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Strong attention to detail and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with credibility.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations during busy periods and peak activity.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, with appropriate escalation.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER).
