SARIA Limited is seeking an HR Advisor for our Doncaster site. This full‑time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to other group sites. You will provide HR guidance, support ER cases, and help shape HR processes across the business.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, at least 3 years as an HR Advisor, strong Employment Law knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR-related case law.
• Experience in blue-collar or FMCG environments is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Build strong working relationships with management across the company.
• Provide HR advice to managers, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
• Support ER cases and assist in meetings on disciplinary, grievances, performance and probation reviews.
• Provide onboarding and offboarding experience with timely, accurate documentation.
• Support Head of HR & Payroll on HR strategy and projects when required.
• Maintain HRIS and other data capture methods for all employee information.
• Produce HR reports and statistics as needed.
• Assist in training material delivery for staff and management.
• Promote consistent HR processes, fairness, equality and diversity.
