Job summary

SARIA Ltd is seeking a HR Advisor for our Doncaster site. This full-time, permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel to group sites if required. You will support management with HR advice, ER cases, onboarding/offboarding, and HR projects from our Doncaster operation.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, 3+ years HR advisory experience, and strong knowledge of Employment Law. A UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are also important.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Human Resources is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a HR Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR-related case law is essential.
• Significant HR experience with restructures and TUPE is desirable.
• Experience in a blue-collar or FMCG environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, are essential.
• A full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel to other sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with management across the company.
• Provide HR advice to managers, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
• Support management with ER cases and participate in related meetings (discipline, grievance, performance, absence management, probation).
• Provide onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure documentation is produced and issued on time.
• Support the Head of HR & Payroll with HR strategy and projects as required.
• Maintain HRIS and other data capture methods for employee information.
• Produce HR reports and statistics as needed.
• Assist in production and delivery of training material to staff (including management).
• Ensure HR processes are applied consistently; promote fairness, equality and diversity.
