Job summary

SARIA UK, based at the Doncaster site, invites applications for a permanent HR Advisor role. This full-time position (40 hours, Mon-Fri) is site-based with occasional travel to group sites, demanding strong HR guidance and compliance support.

You will build relationships with management, manage ER cases, onboard/offboard staff, maintain HRIS data, and contribute to HR reporting and training delivery. CIPD Level 5 and 3+ years in HR are essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR-related case law.
• Experience in blue-collar or FMCG environments is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice to managers, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
• Support ER cases and participate in disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding with accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support HR Strategy and various projects for Head of HR & Payroll.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports and statistics.
• Assist in delivering training material to staff including management.
