Job summary

SFR Recruitment Solutions Ltd. are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy Melton Mowbray team. The role is office-based and offers up to £30,000 plus benefits.

You will handle Employee Relations cases, provide practical HR guidance, and work closely with managers across the business. The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable), strong knowledge of UK employment law, and a proven track record as an HR Advisor or Generalist.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with ownership of Employee Relations matters.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage Employee Relations cases from start to finish.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
