SF Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This ER-focused role involves managing a high-volume caseload and advising managers across the business on employee relations matters, with regular travel across the South of England and Midlands-based/home-working arrangements.

The position offers up to £42k DOE plus a £6,500 car allowance, with immediate start and a fast-paced environment.

HR Advisor (Employee Relations focus)

12 month FTC

Midlands Based / Home Based with Regular Travel

Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a strong focus on high-volume employee relations casework. You'll manage your own caseload and work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice and support across a variety of employee relations matters.

The role will cover sites across the South of England, so regular travel will be a key part of the position. Ideally, you'll be based within the Midlands, working predominantly from home when you're not visiting sites, with occasional travel to the North of England when required.
