Job summary

Live Nation UK is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service across Live Nation UK, Academy Music Group, and subsidiaries. You will be the first point of contact for HR and employee relations, ensuring policy and best practices are applied while supporting the broader HR team.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR generalist experience, and the ability to manage diverse employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist role with up-to-date UK employment law knowledge.
• CIPD or HR qualification required.
• Experience handling a wide range of employee relations issues and visa processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate HR advisory and guidance to line managers on employee relations issues, including restructures, performance, absence, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Escalate bullying/harassment cases to HR Managers and SVP HR.
• Build strong relationships with line managers to understand business issues and provide timely HR support.
• Ensure policy, process and employment law compliance; document evidence and take consistent action.
• Coach managers to implement HR strategy and changes; support HR projects.
• Maintain electronic personnel records (Workday) and assist the HR Assistant when needed.
• Assist with visa applications guidance and flag concerns to HR Manager.
