Job summary

LAW CHOICE RECRUITMENT is seeking an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to join a friendly HR team at one of London’s leading law firms. You will support managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters and help guide absence management and flexible working decisions.

You will also play a key role in HR processes such as performance reviews, promotions, salary reviews and talent development initiatives, ensuring fair and commercially sound outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor with a focus on Employee Relations.
• Law firm or professional partnerships experience preferred.
• Confident in handling a range of employee cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
• Support processes including performance reviews, promotions, salary reviews and talent development.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to navigate HR matters fairly.
