Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service across Live Nation UK, Academy Music Group and related companies, ensuring policies and processes are consistently applied.

You will be the first point of contact for HR and Employee Relations, supporting the wider HR team and guiding visa, absence and performance matters while upholding confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist function.
• In-depth knowledge of current UK employment law.
• Experience handling a wide range of employee relations issues.
• CIPD qualification/ HR qualification.
• Knowledge of Work Visa and Immigration requirements and processes.
• Excellent time management and high accuracy.
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HRIS); Workday beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and consistent HR advice to line managers on employee relations, restructures, flexible working, performance concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Escalate bullying/harassment cases to HR Managers and SVP HR.
• Build relationships with line managers to understand key business issues.
• Ensure policy, process and employment law are followed with proper documentation.
• Coach managers to achieve HR objectives and changes.
• Assist in formulating HR strategy and change management.
• Update employee records in Workday when needed.
• Support visa application processes and flag concerns to HR Manager.
• Monitor absence levels and advise on return-to-work and wellbeing.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and wider wellbeing initiatives.
• Cover HR Assistant duties when required.
