Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Grimsby is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our onsite team. This hands-on role provides day-to-day HR support, handles employee relations casework, and supports recruitment and payroll activities.

You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, coach on HR policies, and partner with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent service across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong employee relations casework management from start to finish.
• Experience with disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG environment preferred.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries onsite.
• Own employee relations casework and advise throughout.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Coach managers on HR policies and best practice.
• Support recruitment process coordination.
• Assist payroll-related queries and processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documents.
• Collaborate with HR team to deliver service.
• Support site HR initiatives and projects.
