Line Up Aviation is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Advisor to join on a 6 month contract, with potential extension. The role supports HR Business Partners, ensures HR policies are applied, and manages the employee lifecycle with data integrity across HR systems.

The successful candidate will coordinate campaigns, manage Workday and SAP transactions, and liaise with managers to deliver timely HR processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in HR.
• Experience with Workday or SAP desirable.
• Proficiency with Google applications for data management and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and routine.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and timelines for standard annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus processing).
• Manage and execute all data entries in Workday and SAP across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Maintain and distribute regular HR data; track metrics (absenteeism, headcount) to identify trends and risks.
• Organise and prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support case management meetings (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management) and initial medical capability meetings.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process job offers in the system as required.
