Line Up Aviation is seeking an organised HR Advisor for a 6-month, onsite contract based at Broughton, Flintshire. The role is 21 hours per week, with potential extension. You will support HRBPs, manage employee lifecycle data, and ensure systems integrity across Workday and SAP.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' HR experience
• Workday and/or SAP experience desirable
• Proficiency with Google Apps for data lists and reporting desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships
• Highly organised with attention to detail and routine

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for annual HR campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonuses)
• Manage Workday/SAP transactions and data entries across the employee lifecycle
• Produce and distribute regular HR data and metrics
• Organise and prepare HR reviews with inputs from managers
• Support case management meetings (discipline, grievances, performance) and initial medical capability meetings
• Assist recruitment activities and process job offers in the system
