Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a HR professional with CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) to provide sickness absence and general HR advisory support. The role offers development opportunities within the HR team, working with Associate HR Partners and HR Advisors to deliver employment services compliant with employment law.

You will contribute to the HR agenda, support managers, and help deliver training, workforce information, and redeployment

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience providing sickness absence advice and generalist HR advice across employee relations matters.
• Sound knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, and performance management matters.
• Support sickness absence management and attend formal hearings as required.
• Contribute to in-house training initiatives relating to HR and liaise with Learning and Development.
• Assist with grading/banding issues under Agenda for Change and advise on related processes.
• Contribute to redeployment and at-risk processes under supervision.
• Support development and maintenance of workforce information systems and administrative duties within the department.
