Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an HR Advisor to support one of the world's leading aerospace organisations at its Broughton site. The role involves partnering with HR Business Partners, handling employee life cycle processes and delivering trusted advisory support.

This hands-on position offers exposure to HR systems like Workday and SAP, a 4.5-day working week, and a supportive team environment ideal for developing an HR career within a large, international company.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment.
• Experience as HR Advisor/Officer/Administrator/Coordinator/Generalist.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Desirable: CIPD qualification in progress; Workday and SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with annual people processes, including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus administration.
• Manage onboarding through to offboarding with accurate data in HR systems.
• Act as a key user for Workday and SAP and maintain data integrity.
• Produce HR reporting, including absenteeism and headcount metrics.
• Coordinate HR review activities and ensure timely input from managers.
• Support employee relations meetings (disciplinary, grievance and performance).
• Assist with medical capability case administration and coordination.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process offers.
• Build relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
