Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a detail oriented HR Advisor to support HRBPs by ensuring HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently. You will own HR data integrity across the employee lifecycle and manage data entries in Workday and SAP.

Based in Broughton, this 35-hour, 6–9 month contract offers 28.09 per hour via Umbrella and emphasises operational excellence, accurate reporting, and strong collaboration with managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR data management using HRIS Workday and/or SAP.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy in handling data and processes.
• Experience working in HR environments and supporting HRBPs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for standard HR campaigns (e.g., salary reviews, performance reviews).
• Manage data entries across the employee lifecycle in Workday and SAP.
• Produce regular HR data reporting and metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare HR reviews and gather inputs from managers for timely delivery.
• Support case management meetings including disciplinary and performance discussions.
• Assist with recruitment activities and process offers in the HR systems.
