Line Up Aviation is seeking a detail oriented HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners by ensuring HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented effectively across the business area.

The role focuses on providing reliable HR procedural guidance, owning the employee lifecycle data in HR systems, and maintaining data integrity. A 6-9 month contract with 35 hours per week at Broughton, paying £28.09 per hour via Umbrella.

Competenze

• Experience with Workday and/or SAP.
• Proficient with Google applications for data lists and basic reporting.
• HR environments background.

Mansioni

• Coordinate logistics and timelines for annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus processing).
• Manage data entries throughout the employee lifecycle in HRIS.
• Track absenteeism and headcount metrics for trends.
• Prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support recruitment activities and process job offers.
