Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an HR Advisor to support one of the world’s leading aerospace organisations at the Broughton site. You will help manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on advisory support and data accuracy.

The role offers a 4.5-day working week, BPSS+ clearance, and a chance to develop across HR functions in a busy corporate environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment and advising across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience as HR Advisor/Officer/Administrator/Coordinator or Generalist.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with annual people processes (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus administration).
• Manage onboarding through offboarding with accurate HR data management.
• Act as a key user for Workday and SAP transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Produce HR reporting including absenteeism and headcount metrics.
• Coordinate HR review activities and ensure timely input from managers.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and performance meetings.
• Assist with medical capability case administration and coordination.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process job offers.
• Build relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
