Job summary

Guidant Global is recruiting an HR Advisor for a site-based role at Broughton. The role is 35 hours per week with a 4.5-day week structure and hourly pay rates of £21.00 PAYE or £28.09 Umbrella.

You will support HR Business Partners, manage employee records, and coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have HR experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR environment.
• Experience as an HR Advisor/Officer/Administrator/Coordinator/Generalist.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with annual people processes, including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus administration.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring accurate data management within HR systems.
• Act as a key user for Workday and SAP transactions and maintain data integrity across HR platforms.
• Produce and distribute HR reporting, including metrics such as absenteeism and headcount data.
• Coordinate HR review activities and ensure timely, high-quality input from managers.
• Support employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings.
• Assist with medical capability case administration and coordination.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process formal job offers.
• Build effective working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
