Job summary

Princes Group in Liverpool is seeking an HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide a professional HR support service to stakeholders and colleagues. The role requires detailed knowledge of group policies, employment law and HR best practice.

You will advise line managers on ER matters, absence, health referrals and performance-related processes, while contributing to policy updates and employee development across the site.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience at officer/advisor level.
• Experience in head office environments.
• CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
• Strong internal relationship building and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to stakeholders and colleagues.
• Advise line managers on ER matters, investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Support PDR cycles, objective setting and development plans.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
