Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary and absence matters, while ensuring alignment with policies and legislation.

Working in a multi-site, hybrid environment, you will support managers across services, deliver timely advice, monthly ER reporting and contribute to the development of our people practices within the England region.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (Level 5) or working towards it.
• Experience in employee relations and casework.
• Experience in social care or regulated settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• ER casework and acting as first point of contact for managers and staff.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on case handling.
• Navigate long-term sickness, return-to-work planning and related guidance.
• Monthly reporting on HR metrics and activities.
