Part-Time HR Advisor

Location: Redditch

Salary: GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000

A leading food manufacturing business is seeking a HR Advisor in a permanent part-time capacity to provide a truly generalist HR service. Supporting 400 employees, the HR Advisor will deliver operational HR support, taking responsibility for all aspects of the HR lifecycle.

A key focus will be managing all ER issues, often handling up to 10 cases simultaneously. You will educate staff on personal standards and company expectations to help reduce ER issues.

To be considered for this role, you will:
  • Have experience in a fast-paced blue-collar industry; manufacturing is preferred, but engineering, distribution, logistics, and warehousing are also suitable.
  • Have a generalist HR background with strong ER experience.
  • Be capable of taking ownership of operational HR issues.
  • Engage and influence colleagues at all levels within the organization.

Due to industry requirements, there is no hybrid working. However, some flexibility with hours, start and finish times, is available.

This is a part-time role requiring 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
