Ashley Kate is supporting a reputable business in recruiting a permanent HR Advisor based in Leigh.

HR Advisor

Location: Leigh - site based

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Circa 35k

The HR Advisor will advise, coach, and support the HR Business Partner and management teams with HR support for the operations teams.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Advise and coach managers on effective management of ER cases.
2. Manage attraction, recruitment, and onboarding activities. Coach and support managers to attract and recruit the best talent.
3. Support with managing performance within teams.
4. Review and analyze KPIs, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
5. Ensure all payroll information is submitted accurately and timely.

We are looking for:

• Solid experience as a generalist, ideally within a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Experience with ER cases, demonstrated at interview.
• Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law.
