Job summary

Impulse Leisure is seeking an HR Advisor to support the delivery of professional HR services across the organisation. You will advise and support managers on HR policies and procedures, assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, and help with disciplinary, grievance and absence management while maintaining HR records and systems.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience and knowledge of employment law, strong communication and organisational skills, experience with HR systems,

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law.

• Experience with HR systems.
• CIPD L5 and/or equivalent HR experience.
