Job summary

Impulse Leisure is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver professional HR support across the organisation. You will advise managers on policies, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help manage disciplinary, grievance and attendance processes.

Strong HR administration and system experience are expected. The role requires knowledge of employment law, excellent communication, and organisation skills, with CIPD L5 or equivalent qualification preferred.

• CIPD L5 and/or equivalent HR experience.
