Job summary

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a global manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This role is based in Knutsford and offers a salary between £35,000 - £45,000.

You will work alongside the HR Manager on recruitment across the business, handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, support employee relations cases, contribute to projects such as job architecture and policy development, and provide payroll information monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at a Senior HR Advisor level.
• Ability to hit the ground running across HR tasks.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations cases as they arise.
• Contribute to projects such as job architecture and policy development.
• Provide payroll information to payroll on a monthly basis.

Portfolio HR & Reward are proud to be supporting a global, manufacturing business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

This role is based in Knutsford, and offers a salary between £35,000 - £45,000.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Working alongside the existing HR Manager, with recruitment across the businesses, including initial screening calls, offboarding and onboarding tasks.
• Supporting with employee relations cases when they do arise
• Working on projects within the business including job architecture, developing policies and early careers.
• Providing information to payroll on a monthly basis

The ideal HR advisor will have the following experience;

• Previous experience working at a Senior HR Advisor capacity, being able to hit the ground running across all tasks
• CIPD level 3 or 5 qualification
• Have a resilient / adaptable approach
• Ideally come from a manufacturing background
