Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business in Exeter, recruiting 2 HR Advisors on a 12-month temporary basis. The role offers hybrid working and an hourly rate of 17.97 plus holiday pay.

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business, that are currently seeking 2 HR Advisors to join them on a temporary basis for 12 months.

This role will be based in Exeter, and offers hybrid working.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of 17.97 per hour plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

• Supporting with complex ER cases, specifically around grievances, including completing the full investigations
• Coaching managers and senior leaders regarding the investigation and outcomes
• Undertake field-based work around the area

The ideal HR advisor will have experience in the following;
