E3 Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy chilled foods site, working with the Head of HR to provide advice and support across the business on employee relations, performance, and engagement.

Based at a large site employing over 1,000 people, the role offers variety, development opportunities, and a benefits package including a bonus scheme, enhanced pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interest in employee relations.
• Able to influence colleagues at all levels.

• CIPD qualification or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• A strong focus on employee relations, including grievances, investigations, performance management, disciplinaries, absence management etc.
• Advising managers on best practice to ensure a fair, consistent approach.
• Supporting performance review meetings and staff inductions.
• Handling general HR enquiries and working to improve communication and engagement across the business.

About the Role

Based at a site employing over 1,000 people, as HR Advisor you'll be working with the Head of HR, providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues across the business.

It is a fast paced role, offering a lot of variety, and your responsibilities will include:

• A strong focus on employee relations, including grievances, investigations, performance management, disciplinaries, absence management etc.


• Advising managers on best practice to ensure a fair, consistent approach.


• Supporting performance review meetings and staff inductions.


• Handling general HR enquiries and working to improve communication and engagement across the business.

About You

This role would suit an HR Advisor with experience of employee relations and we're keen to hear from anybody with the following skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a generalist HR role in a manufacturing environment.


• A real interest and passion for employee relations.


• Able to work with and influence colleagues at all levels.


• Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage and prioritise a busy workload.


• Ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above), or with relevant experience.
