Job summary

Prosper Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a HR Adviser with relevant experience to join our busy, friendly team as soon as possible. The post offers a unique opportunity to provide HR advice and support to both our Academies and Trust Central Team.

The successful candidate will manage attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters, contribute to policy development and deliver a high-quality HR service across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a school/academy or an education setting is highly desirable.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards)
• Must maintain confidentiality and high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support to Headteachers, senior leaders and the Trust Central Team.
• Advise on attendance management, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and organisational change.
• Contribute to policy development, HR training and a high-quality HR service across the Trust.
