Connect Multi-Academy Trust in North Durham is seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our friendly HR team. You will provide practical HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, collaborating with managers and staff to deliver a high-quality HR service.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with flexible working options, a competitive salary of £34,811 to £43,149, and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Experience in an HR advisory or generalist HR role.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
• Assist with employee relations casework and attendance management.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for decision-making.
• Contribute to HR policy development and HR projects.
