Manor Hall Academy Trust – Central Team is seeking a knowledgeable People Advisor to support school leaders with high-quality HR advice across employee relations, recruitment, attendance, wellbeing and policy implementation. The role emphasises proactive problem-solving, relationship-building and influencing positive practice within a caring, inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with leaders, embrace flexible working patterns, and travel to our schools as needed.

Formación

• Qualified at CIPD level 5 or equivalent HR casework experience.
• Experience providing high-quality HR advice at pace.
• Understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practices.
• Experience implementing people-related policies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR advice on employee relations, recruitment, attendance, wellbeing, performance and policy implementation.
• Influence best practice and support continuous improvement across the Trust.
• Contribute to HR projects and the people strategy.
• Collaborate with school leaders and managers to deliver effective support.

Conocimientos

CIPD Level 5 or ER casework

HR advisory experience

UK Employment Law knowledge

Policy implementation experience
