Job summary

Connect Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a permanent, full-time HR Advisor to provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff. You will support employee relations, absence management, recruitment and policy implementation while upholding the Trust's values.

This role offers flexible working arrangements where appropriate, and a focus on accurate record-keeping, data reporting and people-focused projects to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with staff at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff.
• Support employee relations including absence management and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently.
• Produce HR data and reports to support decisions.
• Support organisational change and HR projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
