Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations? We're working with a well-established organisation in Leeds that's looking to bring on board a confident and knowledgeable Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving positive employee experiences through fair and consistent ER practices.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
  • Advising line managers on best practice and employment law
  • Supporting change management processes such as restructures and TUPE
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in an employee relations-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is highly desirable
