Job summary

Elevation HR is recruiting for an HR Administrator in Driffield for a full-time, permanent role within a manufacturing business. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and recruitment to employee relations, HR projects and offboarding, reporting to the HR Business Partner.

This is ideal for someone starting an HR career, studying CIPD or recently qualified, offering hybrid working (1 day WFH after probation) and benefits including private health care and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day HR administration.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
• Understanding of employment law and GDPR.
• Support lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries and direct complex matters to HR colleagues.
• Provide day-to-day HR administration and reporting on key people metrics.
• Coordinate onboarding to offboarding, including right-to-work checks and leaver administration.
• Support probation reviews, performance appraisals, benefits administration and HR projects.
