Responsibilities
Provide end to end HR Administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
Administer all HR related documents including contracts of employment.
Manage the leaver process and notify the relevant departments.
Maintain key employee data with absolute accuracy.
Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Review and update central HR documentation.
Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
Ensure right to work documentation remains valid and compliant.
Support in administering employee benefits.
Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes.
