Job summary

Vibe Recruit is helping a Neath-based, rapidly growing manufacturer recruit an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team.

This initial 3-month contract may become permanent, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 and a modern working environment.

You will handle onboarding, recruitment screening, absence management and payroll support; update employee records; manage probation periods; and take part in disciplinaries, investigations, training and exit interviews.

We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a well established firm in Neath to support with an increased workload due to a recent acquisition and significant growth. This is a great opportunity that could potentially lead to a more long term position.

As HR Administrator you will:

• Use your strong administrative skills when dealing with onboarding, recruitment screening, absence management and processing of new starters
