Job summary

Vibe Recruit is recruiting for an HR Advisor in Neath to support a growing manufacturer. The role begins as a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of permanency, offering a competitive salary and company benefits in a modern working environment.

HR Advisor

Up to £35,000 (3 month contract with the possibility of being permanent)

Are you an experienced HR professional on the look out for a short term role that has the possibility to become permanent? Does the thought of working for a rapidly growing manufacturer with a reputation for excellence appeal to you?

We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well established firm in Neath to support with an increased workload due to a recent acquisition and significant growth. This is a great opportunity that could potentially lead to a more long term position.

As HR Advisor you will:

• Use your strong administrative skills when dealing with onboarding, recruitment screening, absence management and processing of new starters
• Showcase your accuracy when updating employee records, supporting with payroll, managing probationary periods and getting involved with day to day HR activities
• Be involved in disciplinaries, investigations, training and exit interviews
